Roller skate with swiveling top-plate

Roller skate with swiveling top-plate

By a swivelable top-plate, for example, on uneven roads, the load distribiution can be improved. Alternatively, this construction allows threading in when the top-plate is bolted to the ground and the roller chain is facing up.

Roller skates with special guide rollers

If laterally mounted guide rollers can’t be used for reasons of space, it is possible to guide the roller skates with lengthwise mounted guide rollers on the carriageway. Even on very flat carriage ways, e.g. inside a production hall, lengthwise guide rollers are a good alternative to laterally mounted guide rollers. In contrast to laterally mounted guide rollers, the lengthwise mounted guide rollers can not absorb large lateral forces.

Roller Skates with horizontal and vertical guide rollers

Support rollers prevent the rolling element from being lifted off the roadway by an occuring lifting force.

Roller skates with rail track

Each roller skate can be sold ex works with the perfect lane. The model shown here is used to allow movement due to temperature variations. In particular, the nonexistent stiction makes this product ideal for any application for absorbing expansion movements, in particular after a long standstill period.

Roller skate with flat link chain

Roller skates basically only work on surfaces that can withstand the high occurring Hertzian pressure. If it is not possible to use a suitable roadway, the surface pressure can be considerably reduces by using a flat link chain.

Roller skate with curved center-plate

For the rotation of very heavy shafts, Rolling trolleys with curved center-plates can be used. The plate can be convex or concave, so that driving within cylindrical space is possible. For example, customers from the industrial furnace construction use roller skates with curved center-plates.
